How to book

No dates showing? Go to next month and secure your booking.

Using the online booking system above, simply select your BBQ size based on how many burner control knobs your BBQ has and choose the day and time of the availabe time slots.

In most cases, the technician will arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the booking. It's important our technician has access to water, power and parking. 

What is included in the bbq cleaning service:

  1. Includes cleaning hotplate, grills and warming rack. 
  2. Internal degrease and scrub of hood and internal areas. 
  3. Cleaning the burners and flame covers if applicable.
  4. External cleaning of the barbeque body and frame. 
  5. Includes grease trap clean and pebble removal and replacement.

What we don't clean

We don't clean tin, aluminum or teflon coated items.

Change booking or cancellation

If you need to change or cancel your booking, reply to the booking confirmation email or email hello@thegrillcleaners.com.au. For cancellations requests, a full refund is granted! No questions asked.

Are you insured?

Yes, we are fully insured BBQ cleaning service.

Can I cancel my booking

Yes, you can cancel your booking and get a full refund. We just require 24 hours notice prior to the booking. Email us at hello@thegrillcleaners.com.au and we'll help you.

Do you clean BBQ rangehoods?

Yes! We will qoute you on the day of your BBQ clean and clean both on the day if you accept the qoute! Most BBQ rangehoods are qouted from $120-180 depending on the size and degreasing involved.

Do you clean ovens, cooktops and house rangehoods?

At this stage we don't offer these services at the moment, however we do plan on adding these options.

Are the cleaning products safe?

Yes! The cleaning products we use are safe. After every clean, we advise our clients to run the BBQ for 10 minutes prior to your first cook.

How long does it take to clean a BBQ?

It depends on the size, but the average is 2-3 hours to clean a BBQ.

When can I use my BBQ?

You can use the BBQ right after the clean. It just requires to be turned on high for 10 minutes prior to use.
